Celebrating Rosa Parks

Today, February 4, on her birthday we honor civil rights leader, Rosa Parks. While riding on a segregated bus in 1955, Rosa courageously refused to give up her seat because she was Black. This sparked nationwide civil rights protests and prompted a Supreme Court ruling that furthered racial integration.
