Pam will tell you she has the best job EVER; Getting to share the stories of strong, brave single moms and inviting others to be a part of empowering these amazing women! Her first job was wrangling chickens on a farm in central Illinois, making her well equipped to wrangle the Fellowship Housing staff. Pam has 10 years of bold and effective non-profit leadership experience and believes to her core that changing the life of a single mom means changing the life of her family for generations to come! With over 20 years of experience in non-profit operations and development, Courtney’s greatest passions are connecting people to worthwhile causes and creating spaces where stories can be shared. A mom of two herself, Courtney is always ready to invite others to empower the moms of Fellowship Housing. Her leadership inspires a balance of structure and creativity, while her experience combined with her love for yoga and dance (where she met her husband) make her an agile champion of creating meaningful local relationships and connecting community resources to those in greatest need. (AAS in Business Administration)

Raised by a single mom and having a twin sister who graduated from Fellowship Housing in 2010, Heather has a unique view of the program inside and out. She is a compassionate advocate and LCSW, loves swimming and feels called to uplift and seek justice for the single moms in our community. (Master in Social Work, LCSW)

Being a Fellowship Housing graduate, Nora understands the uncertainty that moms are experiencing coming into the program. She also knows the joy, satisfaction & sense of security obtained once the program is completed. She is so excited to be on the other end, doing her best to assist the team in helping moms to get to that safe place in their lives. Nora loves to spend time with her grandkids as much as possible. Don't let her quiet demeanor fool you as she loves to joke around.

Like a personal trainer will push you toward your fitness goals, Lisa has a knack for pushing moms to accomplish personal goals they never thought possible while she cares for them throughout their two years at Fellowship Housing. Originally from Minnesota, don’tcha know, she is our favorite office health nut who loves the water, triathlons, yoga and mung beans. Into synchronized swimming in her younger days, she’s now passionate about helping single moms get their lives back in sync. (MA in Education)

Small-town-raised in a diverse family with 8 siblings, Kylee loves DIY projects, spent summers working in Iowa corn fields and is not afraid to get her hands dirty to achieve a rewarding goal. A mom of three, Kylee came to Fellowship Housing with 9 years of non-profit experience. She’s grateful for the opportunity to create a space that empowers the moms of Fellowship Housing to build a new legacy, applying her personal experience that a little hard work can go a long way. Motivated everyday by her two beautiful children, Genesis has a passion for helping others. Her daily goals involve getting single moms the help they need by either moving them forward in the program or redirecting them to a resource that best suits them. Originally from Puerto Rico, her passion for travel and experience in the hospitality industry has brought Génesis to enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences.

Shannon is a professional in the field of property management, with over a decade of experience in both the commercial and residential sectors. Her caring and selfless nature has earned her a reputation as a reliable and efficient manager, always striving to provide exceptional service to her tenants. Beyond her successful career, Shannon's life centers around her family and loved ones. Her family-oriented values are evident in her interactions with those around her. Always ready to lend a helping hand, Shannon is the first to step in and offer support to anyone in need. Her deep-rooted faith significantly shapes her values, guides her actions, and fosters her compassionate and loving personality. With seven godchildren, Shannon takes immense pride in playing a meaningful role in their lives. When she's not focused on her professional or personal responsibilities, Shannon finds joy in being a loving dog mom to Boss, her beloved four-legged companion.

Betsy is well equipped for the role with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration as well as a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies. She also has 10 years of experience in church and non-profit work including prior grant writing experience. She has been described by others as reliable, detail-oriented, organized, thoughtful, and supportive. As Betsy says, she is, "Passionate about driving positive change and making a meaningful impact." I’m proud to be part of Fellowship Housing, as a single mom myself, I deeply understand the importance of support and community, which drives my commitment to making a difference in the lives of others every day.
Ashley Perry

Ashley Perry has dedicated the last four years of her career to the non-profit sector, driven by a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Starting as a front desk coordinator, she quickly moved up to case management and direct support services, discovering her true calling in supporting families and helping them achieve their goals. Ashley cherishes her time with her wonderful husband and two amazing boys. Her favorite pastimes include sports, spending time with friends, nature walks, Pilates, and immersing herself in anime. Ashley's commitment to personal growth and community led her to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moody Bible Institute. Her strong belief in the power of discipleship and the importance of growing within a community has been a guiding principle throughout her journey.

As a single mom of three beautiful children herself, Maribel is passionate about connecting with moms and has the ability to meet them wherever they are in their journey. Maribel’s strong family values and incredible positivity are tools she puts to great use bringing hope, assistance and finding the good in difficult circumstances to the families she works with. Bilingual, creative, and thrifty- Maribel knows how to make a dollar go so far and teaches Fellowship Housing moms to do the same. (BA in Christian Studies)
Sandi Moore

Sandi’s passion is empowering families to thrive. After a 25 year career as a dental hygienist, she went back to college, and earned certifications in Life Coaching, Betrayal Trauma, and Domestic Violence Advocacy. Sandi used her skills to coach women towards post-traumatic growth through her writing, one-on-one coaching, and group coaching. She is thrilled to be part of the Fellowship Housing family and have the opportunity to empower single moms to achieve their goals and positively change the trajectory of their family legacy. As a mom to four flourishing adult children and grandma to eight adorable grandchildren, she also brings practical life experience to her role as a Family Advocate. Sandi’s greatest joys are her children and grandchildren. She also loves the fall season and all things pumpkin. Her friends describe her as warm, compassionate, and approachable. Meet Sue, a dedicated professional with a passion for advocacy and a heart full of compassion. In her former role as a Nurse and Care Manager, she made a significant impact by advocating for the well-being of patients. She believes in the power of empathy and goes above and beyond to ensure that others receive the care and support they deserve. Balancing the roles of wife and mother, she exemplifies resilience and determination. In her free time, she loves to sing, and we are so grateful she is part of the Fellowship Housing family. With a rich background in nursing, a heart committed to advocacy, and a love for music, Sue will make a positive impact on the lives of single mothers and their children.
