Shopping Closet Needs List
Fellowship Housing exists to empower single moms to move from crisis to long-term stability through a two-year transitional housing and financial literacy program. During their time in Fellowship Housing, moms must adhere to a strict family budget to move toward their long-term goals. One way they can stretch their budgets is by ‘shopping’ in the Fellowship Housing ‘free shopping’ closest, which contains general self-care and household supplies for moms and their children.
One of our moms said, "This is a great way to get my shopping fix without spending a dime." We couldn't agree more! It's not just about the items; it's about empowering our moms and providing them with a delightful shopping experience.
Our most requested and most needed ongoing items are:
Body wash & hand soap
Deodorant
Toothpaste
Feminine Hygiene Products
Hand soap
Laundry Detergent
Over-the-counter basic medicines and first aid supplies (ibuprofen, Tylenol, children’s medicines, cold and allergy, Band-Aids, Neosporin, etc.)
Hair care products, including for curly or black hair (like Cantu, Shea Moisture, or Carol's Daughter)
General Cleaning Supplies (toilet, all-purpose, glass)
Paper Towels & Toilet Paper
Garbage Bags
