Tony Navitsky Partner Spotlight: Segucci Home Team
At Fellowship Housing, we believe in the power of community partnerships to create real and lasting change in the lives of the single moms we serve. That’s why we’re thrilled to shine the Tony Navitsky Partner Spotlight on the incredible team at Segucci Home Team for the second quarter of 2025!
With over a decade of combined experience in the Illinois housing market, the Segucci Home Team brings deep knowledge, heart, and strategy to every client relationship. They’ve mastered the ins and outs of residential real estate, helping families navigate the home buying and selling process in ways that are customized to each family’s lifestyle and financial goals. At the heart of their mission are the values of Education, Partnership, and Stewardship—values that align with the mission of Fellowship Housing.
“We love to work with moms individually at Fellowship Housing to give them practical tips on how to prepare to buy or rent a home. When they are ready, we come alongside them to help them find the right home based on their specific situation and needs. Our core values of Education, Partnership, and Stewardship align well with our partnership with Fellowship Housing. These same values are evident with Fellowship Housing as they provide support to single moms and their children. It's truly a great match and together we assist these moms find financial independence and freedom.” - Carlos Segura
One standout member of the team, Katelyn Mucci Segura, has gone above and beyond in her service to Fellowship Housing. With a background in social work and a passion for real estate, Katelyn brings both compassion and expertise to the moms we serve.
“Katelyn combines her background in social work and passion for real estate to help empower and educate Fellowship Housing moms who have dreams of owning a home. She has dedicated her time and energy to serving single moms by educating and supporting them in their home buying process. She has also taken time to train and educate the Family Advocates at Fellowship Housing so we can better assist our clients. Katelyn has helped single moms find stability and a home to call their own. She has done this with immense patience and compassion. She is a gift to the community and to Fellowship Housing.” - Heather Corins, Program Director of Fellowship Housing
We are deeply grateful for the dedication, knowledge, and heart that the Segucci Home Team brings to this partnership. Their work is helping moms not only dream of homeownership but achieve it.
They will also be hosting a Housing Resource Fair on Thursday, April 17th at the Hoosier Grove Barn in Streamwood to help the community with all their housing questions, needs, and Fellowship Housing will be there as a resource.
Thank you, Segucci Home Team, for being such a powerful force for good in our community!
